Patent number: 9706858Abstract: A product display displays bottles each suspended by its neck. The apparatus is usually a rack display with several shelf frames that each has a number of sliding bottle support structures with left and right slide structures spaced laterally so as to define a slot of substantially uniform width over at least a lengthwise portion of the slide structures. That width is such that the necks of the bottles extend upwardly through the slot and a widened portion of the bottle's neck rests on both the slide structures and slides forward and rearward. The left and right slide structures in the lengthwise portion are inclined forwardly and downwardly at a downward angle relative to level that is in a range of 3 to 7 degrees. Friction between the bottles and the slide structures is low enough that the bottles, by virtue of their weight, slide forwardly on the slide structures.Type: GrantFiled: February 10, 2014Date of Patent: July 18, 2017Assignee: Gamon Plus, Inc.Inventors: Terry J. Johnson, Travis Ogden Johnson

Patent number: 8919580Abstract: A display apparatus for articles having substantially the same size comprises an inclined structure supporting the articles for sliding forward and rearward movement thereon. A first stop structure prevents forward movement of the articles beyond a first stop point. A second stop structure moves between first and second positions in which it, respectively, stops articles at a second stop point rearward of the first stop point, and permits articles to move forward past the second stop point. The second stop structure is biased so as to move toward the first position, and it moves to the second position when an article is at the first stop point, which allows a rearward article to slide forward past the second stop point.Type: GrantFiled: September 5, 2012Date of Patent: December 30, 2014Assignee: Gamon Plus, Inc.Inventors: Terry J. Patent number: 8713826Abstract: A rack system for displaying products comprises a rack unit supporting some of the products so as to be accessed at a forward facing product dispensing face. The rack unit has a side portion facing generally perpendicular to the dispensing face. A corner member is supported on the side portion and comprises a first wall portion extending generally forwardly to a vertical edge adjacent the product dispensing face, and a second wall portion extending generally laterally outward from the side portion to a second vertical edge. The first and second edges each have a retaining portion extending vertically. A flexible signage member is supported on the corner member in a flexed condition between the retaining portions with a signage surface that is concave outwardly between the retaining portions. The signage member is supported and retained on the corner member by a biasing of the signage member to extend wider than a distance between the retaining portions.Type: GrantFiled: October 11, 2012Date of Patent: May 6, 2014Assignee: Gamon Plus, Inc.Inventors: Terry J.
