    Abstract: A system for fire prevention in electrical installations having one or more temperature sensors arranged in or close to positions in the electrical installation that are to be monitored. One or more electromagnetic signal transmitters are connected to the temperature sensors, one or more electromagnetic signal readers are adapted to communicate with and receive signals from the signal transmitters, and a processing unit is connected to the signal reader for processing the signals and providing an indication signal.
