The method of operating an electronic device according to the present disclosure includes extracting a facial area corresponding to a face of an object within an image, encrypting a feature vector of the facial area, performing downscaling for converting the facial area into a mosaic area to generate a blind image in which the facial area is replaced with the mosaic area in the image, and acquiring an encrypted image by inserting the encrypted feature vector into the blind image.
Abstract: A video on demand (VOD) service system is based on an artificial intelligence (AI) video learning platform. A VOD service system based on an AI video learning platform may perform video learning according to AI-based Super Resolution Convolutional Neural Networks (SRCNNs) to calculate a weight required for restoring a high image quality video from a high image quality VOD file, and then restore a low image quality VOD file to a high image quality VOD file using the calculated weight corresponding to the VOD file later on.

A universal neural network file required for operation of an artificial neural network algorithm for improving the resolution of image information on the basis of the retained video data is generated, and the low-quality video data in which the generated universal neural network file and the resolution are changed to less than or equal to a preset level is transmitted to the user device. A user device performs a calculation operation on the basis of an artificial neural network algorithm that applies the received universal neural network file to the low quality video data received from the server, improving the resolution of the low quality video data according to the calculation operation, and playing back the video data with improved resolution.
