Abstract: The present invention broadly comprises an antenna mounting system such as for a boat which allows for a user to adjust the angle of the antenna without requiring a threaded fastener to be adjusted. The antenna mounting system uses an adjustment knob which is biased towards an antenna mount and keyed to the antenna mount, where a user may unbiased the adjustment knob relative to the antenna mount and rotate the adjustment knob and antenna mount to adjust the angle of the antenna. This may remove the need to tighten or loosen fasteners to adjust the angle and associated height of the antenna.

Abstract: The present invention broadly comprises an indexable valve which is slidable inserted into an alignment collar, such that the indexable valve and the alignment collar can index the location of the valve body relative to an installation surface. This allows an actuation device for the valve control to be placed in a preferred or predetermined location prior to installation. This may allow for the actuation device to be accessed even when the indexable valve is installed with limited clearance, such as next to an adjacent indexable plumbing system, within a pump box, or in other limited clearance situations.

Abstract: A mounting assembly for an outrigger. The mounting assembly includes a mounting body adapted to be received by a tube and pivotably couple to a mounting point. The mounting body includes a slotted opening adapted to receive a fastener to restrict axial movement of the mounting body relative to the tube and permit rotational movement of the tube relative to the mounting body.

Abstract: A fishing outrigger including a telescoping outrigger assembly is provided. The outrigger assembly may include a cantilever spring assembly, at least two telescoping tubes, a central spring, a stabilizer base and pole, and at least one mounting body. The cantilever spring assembly may be adapted to lock the extended telescoping tubes securely in place and allow for easy retraction. The cantilever spring assembly may be coupled to the stabilizer base, both of which may ride along the outside of a telescoping tube. Mounting assemblies may be disposed at the ends of the outrigger assembly and be adapted to secure the outrigger assembly to a boat or other vehicle.

Abstract: A locking mechanism for a rod holder. The locking mechanism includes a first locking member having first locking member teeth, a second locking member having second locking member teeth and is selectively movable relative to the first locking member between locked and unlocked positions, a rod engagement member adapted to engage an end of a rod and slidably engaged with the second locking member, and a locking actuator adapted to selectively move the second locking member between the locked and unlocked positions. When the second locking member is disposed in the unlocked position, the rod engagement member is adapted to co-rotate with the second locking member relative to the first locking member. When the second locking member is disposed in the locked position, the second locking member and the rod engagement member are restricted from rotating relative to the first locking member.

The foldable bracket including first and second bracket arms rotatably coupled to each other, where the second bracket arm includes a second bracket arm slot, a bracket arm linking member rotatably coupled to the first bracket arm and slidably coupled to the second bracket arm, first and second pins slidably disposed in the second bracket arm slot, where the second pin slidably couples the bracket arm linking member to the second bracket arm, a pin connecting member having an aperture and a pin connecting member slot, where the second pin is disposed in the aperture and the first pin is slidably disposed in the pin connecting member slot, and a release lever rotatably coupled to the second bracket arm and adapted to rotate between first and second positions.
