Abstract: Methods and systems for increasing efficiency of a marketing campaign are disclosed. The method uses a system including a database containing customer demographic data and includes the steps of building models of predicted customer profiles and generating scores for prospective customers in the database based on predicted customer profiles.

Abstract: The present invention, in one aspect, relates to tools for forecasting cash flow and income from a collateral based loan portfolio that are particularly useful in volatile markets. In one specific embodiment, consumer payment behavior is modeled, and account movement is simulated. For each month, actual payment amounts can be compared to delinquency, and frequency of payment can be compared to delinquency. Actual performance is then applied to current contractual payments for forecasting. In addition, the models facilitate determination of where payments are coming from, i.e., who is paying.

The method includes the steps of using historical data to determine a target group based upon a plurality of embedded models and directing the marketing campaign towards the target groups flagged by the models.

Abstract: A method and system for preparing a program for customization. The customization system “compiles” a computer program by identifying the content of each statement of the computer program that may be customized. The customization system identifies the type associated with each statement. Based on the type of statement, the customization system identifies content of the statement that can be customized and stores the identified content in a custom content bundle. The customization system then replaces the identified content in the statement with an include content command that includes the content identifier of the corresponding content. When the computer program is executed, the include content command of the statement causes the retrieving of a content associated with its content identifier from a custom content bundle.

Abstract: Methods and systems for organization management using an electronic boardroom to facilitate review of business specific information in a uniform format are described. In one embodiment, the method comprises receiving and storing information relating to a business into databases accessible to authorized users and organizing the information which includes reviewer comments and approvals or disapproval. The information is then reported to a user for further actions. While described in terms of a business deal, the methods and systems described are applicable for other aspects of a business including financial, business development and compliance issues.

Abstract: A railway crossing has a plate with a pocket that defines a crossing angle for enabling one railway line to cross over another at virtually any angle. The pocket closely receives continuous long beams and divided beams. The pocket also has protrusions for restricting longitudinal horizontal movement of the beams. Each divided beam has three separate, discontinuous segments, including two outer segments and one inner segment. The segments are reversible such that the inner segments may be interchangeably positioned with each other, and the outer segments may be interchangeably positioned with each other. Fasteners secure the beams to the plate and resist both vertical movement and lateral horizontal movement. Each fastener has a wedge brace, a clip, and a wedge. The wedge prevents pull-apart of the plate and the beams due to thermal forces, mechanical forces, and surface discontinuities.

Abstract: Methods and systems for analyzing the success of a marketing campaign by using campaign results and an original campaign database are disclosed. The method includes the steps of profiling results of the marketing campaign against a list of user defined dimensions (analytic models may be used to derive dimensions) and assigning a score to the results of the marketing campaign.

Abstract: A method and system for executing programs. The execution system executes a program with interactions. Each interaction has one or more commands that each have one or more attributes and a behavior. The execution system identifies interaction of the program to be performed and performs the commands of each indentified interaction. For each command of an identified interaction, the execution system identifies the input attributes based on the values of output attributes of a previously performs command of an interaction of the program. The execution then performs the command to generate values of output attributes of the command in accordance with the behavior of the command.

Abstract: A system, method, apparatus, means, and computer program code for facilitating customer service for a parking facility. A parking facility may include one or more garage stations, such as an entry system, exit system, pay station, camera, telephone or other communication device, etc. The garage stations may be in communication directly or indirectly with a call center to report alerts, indicate malfunctions or other problems, or provide other messages. In addition, a customer at the parking facility may use a telephone or other communication device to initiate communication with the call center in order to ask a question, report a problem, etc. The call center may route information regarding an event at a parking facility to an agent station associated with an agent assigned or otherwise selected to respond to the event.

Abstract: A dual credit card system is in two parts: a) the creation of a dual credit card; and b) the usage of a dual credit card. The creation begins with the receipt of an application by merchant for a dual credit card. The issuing organization issues the dual credit card to the applicant. The user may make a purchase with the dual credit card at either a private label merchant location or at a location accepting the bankcard. These locations may traditional physical locations, a web site on the Internet or a catalog. When a purchase is made at a merchant location, the processing of the merchant location dual credit card purchase is done via a private-label processing channel. If the user uses the dual credit card at a non-merchant location, the purchase may be processed through the VISA/MasterCard network.

Abstract: Methods and systems for modeling customer data into a multi-dimensional structure for access to enable efficient customer targeting are described. The method includes the steps of compiling data from multiple sources to create a relational database, using tools to model data within the relational database, scoring the modeled data, integrating scores into a multi-dimensional structure and providing access to end users to the multi-dimensional structure.

Abstract: A method for assessing the credit worthiness of a country is disclosed. The first step of the method is to create a database of economic scores for the country based upon a variety of economic factors. The database is kept current with frequent updates from publicly available sources and an average of the economic scores is calculated.
