Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for mitigating electrical installation security threats. In some embodiments, the systems and methods may involve receiving a status signal for at least one digital communication channel associated with an electrical installation system. The systems and methods may further involve determining that a cybersecurity threat exists for an electrical installation system. The systems and methods may further involve inhibiting based on the status signal for the at least one digital communications channel and on a determination that the cybersecurity threat exists, further communications to one or more components of the electrical installation system via the at least one digital communication channel. The systems and methods may further involve activating a second communication channel for the one or more components of the electrical installation system.
