The piezoelectric driver is coupled to the piezoelectric element. The processor is coupled to the piezoelectric driver. The processor drives the piezoelectric driver to generate a driving voltage. The piezoelectric element receives the driving voltage to generate an output current. The current detector is coupled to the piezoelectric element and the processor. The current detector receives the output current. When the output current is less than a given current, the current detector generates and transmits a repoling signal to the processor. The processor controls the piezoelectric driver to repolarize the piezoelectric element in response to the repoling signal.
