Abstract: A method for automating the decisions involved in digital content management. It accomplishes these goals through the definition of machine-actionable rules for categorization, transfer approval and content valuation. These rules in turn approve or deny requests for action based on the degree of trust (calculated as reputation) of the counterparty or content in question.
