    Abstract: A system and method are provided that enable optimised content to be displayed to customers being served at service positions in an establishment. On entering the establishment, the identity of a customer is captured and the customer is provided with a customer reference. Content may then be associated with the customer reference in dependence on the customer's identity and when the customer is called to a service position the content is displayed to the customer.
