  • Patent number: 9912813
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring and visualizing contact center performance via a graphical user interface. A processor identifies a plurality of contact center metrics, identifies predicted values for the plurality of contact center metrics, and displays a reference geometric object having a plurality of vertices representing the predicted values for the plurality of contact center metrics. The processor also determines actual values for the plurality of contact center metrics and overlays over the display of the reference geometric object, a display of a current geometric object. The current geometric object has a plurality of vertices representing the actual values for the plurality of contact center metrics. Deviation of the current geometric object from the reference geometric object is an indication of deviation of one or more actual values from the predicted values.

  • Patent number: 9900432
Abstract: A system and method for aggregating state information in a contact center. Agent-owner nodes aggregate state information for the agents they own, and, upon request from a client-side adapter, provide partial agent-group state information to the client side adapter. • Patent number: 9900437
Abstract: A system and method for managing interactions of a customer contact center. A contact center processor receives a request to reserve a contact center resource for handling an interaction. The processor also receives data about the interaction. The processor identifies a routing point for routing the interaction based on the received data. The routing point is associated with routing logic controlled by a customer instead of the contact center. The processor routes the interaction to the identified routing point for giving the customer control of the routing of the interaction.

  • Patent number: 9900429
Abstract: A system and method for network recording and speech analytics wherein a recording system receives media exchanged between first and second communication devices during a telephony call. The media is received by the recording system over a wide area network. The recording system bridges a media path between the first and second communication devices, and replicates media exchanged in the media path for storing the replicated media in a mass storage device. The recording system further captures metadata associated with the call, and stores the captured metadata in association with the stored media. The stored media and metadata may then be provided to a requesting device over the wide area network. The recording system may also be configured to analyze the call recording along with the associated metadata for detecting key words or phrases and/or triggering actionable events.
