Abstract: A system and method for advanced document redaction are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a system comprises a parser that analyzes documents to identify structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from a document. A candidates generator generates a list of words for redaction from the structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. A replacement engine replaces one or more words from the list of words with one or more of a replacement word, random characters, and random numbers.

Abstract: The present invention provides an optimized system and method for electronically operating a call center. The system includes three major logical components, including a technology component with one or more third party software products, an in-house tools component, and a knowledge management component. Each of the plurality of third party software programs in the technology component is associated with related in-house tools and knowledge management tools and tool components (including data and programs). When one of the tools within any of the three logical components is updated or modified (as, for example, when a third party software is upgraded or replaced), the system automatically notifies the user which associated or related in-house tool or knowledge management tools or tool components also need to be modified and retrieves and performs the updates to these related tools and tool components.

Abstract: The present invention provides an improved billing and contract management method and a computerized enterprise resource management system for processing and management of rent-producing financial products, such as contracts and leases that are past the initial end term date, and that have not been renegotiated or extended, or, in other words, that have entered the “evergreen” period. Among other things, the method and computerized system of the present invention integrate processing of the “evergreen” contracts with a proprietary generalized ERP software product/solution such as Oracle™ E-Business suite's Lease Management system, and supplement the processing of regular contracts with the “evergreen” contract authoring and booking, processing, validation, billing, accounting, collections, modification and audit trailing of the changes made to the “evergreen” contract terms.

Abstract: Security level of a computing system may be computed based on determining various security factor values for different operational aspects of the processing components. These security factor values are scaled to representative values or other types of identifiers. These security factor values may then be mapped on a security expectation scale, including taking into account the corresponding operational aspects. From this security factor value mapping, a computing system security determination can be calculated, which provides a vulnerability determination for the computing system providing information not only to the individual components, but also to the system as a whole.
