The system may include a memory for storing a set of instructions and a processor for executing the set of instructions stored in memory to performed a method including establishing a list of entries; assigning a priority to each entry in said list; associating identifying information with at least one entry; and issuing an instruction upon determination that a predetermined condition has been fulfilled.
