The coupling mechanism includes a grip element and a receiving element of a configuration complementing the grip element. The grip element is spaced from a first transverse side of the board by a distance which corresponds to a distance of the receiving element from a second transverse side of the board, wherein the grip element of one board is constructed for engagement in the receiving element of the other board.

Abstract: A collapsible plastic storage and transport container has four sidewalls configured to be collapsible inwardly towards a bottom part. Two opposing first sidewalls have recesses and upper corner regions with a spring clip. The spring clip is fixedly connected to a first sidewall and has a free end with a locking projection. The other two opposing second sidewalls have detents disposed on edges of the two second sidewalls. The free end of the spring clip is moveable in a plane of the first sidewall against a spring force of the spring clip, and the locking projection engages behind a corresponding detent to lock the first sidewalls with the second sidewalls. The upper corner regions of the first sidewalls are double-walled, with a closed outer surface and an inner surface with a grip hole. Each spring element can only be actuated from inside the container.

Abstract: The invention relates to a transport container (1) consisting of a bottom part (2) and lateral walls (3, 4) extending perpendicularly therefrom. The transport container has cut-outs (7) provided in the bottom region for receiving with accurate fit the goods to be transported, and also a further support means for the goods above the bottom region. The support means is formed by an intermediate wall (10) that can be positioned vertically and fixed laterally to the corresponding lateral walls (4) and to the bottom part (2).

Abstract: A plastic large load carrier has a base that accommodates the loads, support feet arranged at least at the corner regions of the underside of the base, and a double-walled frame surrounding the base. The inner wall and the outer wall of the frame are interconnected by vertical webs and strip-shaped protective profiled elements each being provided between two respective support feet in the lower frame area, wherein the rear of the protective profiled element is supported against the inner wall of the frame. The protective profiled element is a plastic part, on the one longitudinal edge of which an insertion strip for inserting into the gap between the inner wall and the outer wall of the frame is formed, and forms a unit with the profiled element.

Abstract: A molding tool for the production of a transport container made of plastic, in an injection-molding machine, wherein one half of the mold tool is attached to a movable mold mounting plate and the other half to a fixed mold mounting plate. The fixed mold mounting plate has a sprue opening for a plastification and injection unit. The mold tool half that molds the exterior regions of the container is disposed on the movable mold mounting plate, and the mold tool half that molds the interior region of the container is disposed on the fixed mold mounting plate. In this mold tool half, sprue channels that proceed from the sprue opening run not only into the bottom region but also in the side wall region of the container to be injection-molded.

The sleeve has a wide outer circumferential groove (6) for receiving the hinge clip, which has a recess (7) at least at one of the ends thereof. The hinge clip (3) further comprises at one end a detent (9) that projects inward for engaging with the recess.

Abstract: A method subsequently reinforces injection-molded transporters such as plastic pallets, which have support feet disposed on their underside, at least at the corners, and a groove for inserting a reinforcement profile between two support feet that stand diagonally opposite one another, and the two ends of the groove are formed by pockets shaped to correspond to the profile cross-section, disposed in the region of the support foot assigned to the groove end, in each instance. After completion of the pallet, the distance between the two pockets is increased via elastic deformation of the pallet. Afterwards, the reinforcement profile is laid into the groove, and one end of the profile is laid into one of the pockets. Thereafter, the deformation is canceled out and the pallet returns to the relaxed original state, and in this connection the other end of the reinforcement profile also dips into the corresponding pocket.

The container includes a bottom part and four sidewalls fixedly disposed on the container bottom, or hinged tiltably and latchable to one another. The storage and transport container includes a removal opening (2) in at least one sidewall (1) which is closeable by way of a lid (3). Preferably, the lid (3) is of two-part construction made up of two lid elements (3a, 3b), wherein the two lid elements (3a, 3b) are swingably connected together by way of a hinge-like connection. This lid (3) can only be opened from the inside of the container. When the container is transported, the lid (3) is closed and cannot be opened or manipulated from the outside. For storage, the containers are stacked in such a way that a removal opening (2) of each container is accessible from the front. Prior to stacking the containers, the lids (3) are partially or entirely opened so that the goods located in the container can be removed from the container.

Abstract: A heavy load support made of plastic includes at least a rectangular bottom part with a leg part into which the fork of a forklift engages and which is provided with props located at least in the four corner areas of the bottom part. Metallic U-shaped profiled rails that are open towards the outside are provided between the props along the bottom edge of the load support. The props can be removably fixed to the bottom face of the bottom part of the load support and are provided with a support area for the corner areas of the bottom part as well as an edge which rises vertically from the support area and encloses the edges of the load support at a right angle, pegs being molded onto the free final leg surfaces of the edge to accommodate and fix the U-shaped profiled strips.
