Abstract: The invention relates to a cutting device for manual ceramic-cutting machines, which comprises a support (1) provided with: a vertical hole (11) that receives a first end of a bar (21) of a cutting tool (2), the front face (26) of said bar being provided with at least one row of recesses (27) spaced apart vertically; and a horizontal hole (12) that receives a handle (3) and a stem (4) capable of moving longitudinally between a front position for locking the cutting tool (2) and a rear position for releasing the cutting tool; the stem (4) comprising, at its front end, at least one projection (42) which, in the front position for locking the cutting tool, is accommodated in one of the recesses (27) on the front face (26) of the bar (21) of the cutting tool (2).

Abstract: Disclosed is an electric cutting machine comprising: a base (1); a longitudinally movable table (2); a cutting head (3) provided with a cutting disc (32) and an electric drive motor (33); two rolling assemblies (4) with wheels (41) and rolling bearings (43) mounted by means of independent axles (42, 44) on a vertical partition (52) of parallel longitudinal profiles (5) mounted on the base (1); a pair of longitudinal guides (6) attached to the movable table (2) and which comprise a longitudinal support track (63) for supporting on the wheels (41) of the corresponding rolling assembly (4), and a horizontal wing (65) located under the rolling bearings (43) of the corresponding rolling assembly (4); and interchangeable longitudinal guides (6a) longer than the longitudinal guides (6), for adapting the cutting capacity.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cutting device for manual ceramic cutters. Disclosed is a cutting device for manual ceramic cutters, which comprises a support (1) provided with a vertical hole (11) for mounting a cutting tool (2), and a horizontal hole (12) in which are mounted a handle (3) and a rod (4) for attaching the cutting tool (2). The cutting tool (2) comprises a bar (21) that has at a first end (22) an inclined ramp (27) that facilitates the initial mounting thereof in the support (1), moving the rod (4) backwards and compressing a spring (5) for pushing the rod (4). The front face of the bar (21) comprises a longitudinal groove (26), and the rod (4) comprises a front appendage (42) accommodated in the longitudinal groove (26), immobilising the cutting tool in the support when pressed by the handle (3).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a protective device for ceramic pieces, said device suitable for resting on the upper surface of at least two ceramic pieces (40, 41) and which forms a bearing surface for a tightening element (204, 305) of a spacer-leveller device (20, 30) for ceramic pieces. The protective device comprises: a lower bearing surface (101) on the ceramic pieces (40, 41) to be installed; an upper surface (102) comprising a first circular track (106) for possible bearing of a first threaded tightening element (204) of a first spacer-leveller device (20); a second diametrical track (109), forming a possible bearing surface, with the possibility of longitudinal displacement, for a second tightening element (305), by way of a wedge, of a second spacer-leveller device (30); and a lateral surface (103) with projections (104) for manually holding the protective device (10).

Abstract: Disclosed is a manual ceramics cutter with detachable accessories, comprising: a base (1) for supporting a ceramic piece to be cut; a manually actuatable cutting head (2); guides (3) for moving the cutting head; and at least one detachable accessory (4a, 4b) for laterally supporting the ceramic piece to be cut and which is provided with fastening means (41) for fastening to the base (1) in an operative use position in which the detachable accessory (4a, 4b) is arranged transversely with respect to the base (1) and projects laterally from the base (1). The cutter comprises magnetic means (11, 42) for fastening the detachable accessory (4a, 4b) to the base of the cutter in an inoperative or transport position, wherein the accessory (4a, 4b) is arranged in a longitudinal direction on the base (1) and does not project practically from the base.

Abstract: A locking mechanism for the folding chassis of electric cutting machines. The chassis (1) comprises: a supporting base (11), a tilting arm (12), and an end arm (13) bearing wheels (14) that are collapsible with respect to a principal arm (10) between a folded and an unfolded position of the chassis. The locking mechanism (2) is installed on the tilting arm (12) and comprises: a locking clip (21) capable of being turned manually between an operative position for the locking of the chassis (1) wherein it is coupled with a number of locking rods (112, 113), and an unlocked position of the chassis (1); a manually displaceable trigger for the retaining of the locking clip in the operational position or the free position; and an elastic element that tends to displace the locking clip (21) and the trigger (22) towards the unlocked position of the chassis (1).

Abstract: A manual ceramic cutter with an adjustable set-square, having a set-square (1) installed at one of the longitudinal extremities of a base (2) for supporting the ceramic items to be cut, and a manually-operated cutting head (3) installed with the possibility of displacement along a number of longitudinal guides (4). This cutter comprises adjustment means (13, 14) of the perpendicularity of the set-square (1) with regard to a cutting line (L1) of the cutter, and fixing means (11, 12) of the set-square (1) to the base (2). It further comprises visual verification means of the perpendicularity of the set-square (1) with regard to the cutting line (L1).

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for transporting large-format building boards, including a cart provided with wheels for the movement thereof and a transporter with suction cups for securing the large-format board to be transported. The cart comprises at the top removable coupling means of a modular transporter carrying suction cups on at least one of the ends thereof, front and rear, an extendable extension is provided with fastening means for fastening the cart in an essentially protruding position forming a support on the floor during the unloading of the device towards the end carrying said extension.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooling device for disc cutters, which can include: a curved, tubular guide (6), with a radius of curvature slightly greater than the cutter disc and concentric with the periphery of the disc (2); a curved cannula (4), made of semi-rigid material, mounted inside the curved guide capable of longitudinal movement between two end positions, connected to a tube (3) for supplying coolant to a nozzle (5); and means for attaching the cannula (4) in any position comprised between the two end positions of movement with respect to the curved guide. The nozzle (5) moves over a lower sector (21) of the periphery of the disc, and during the cutting of parts (P) of different thicknesses, said nozzle (5) is located at different heights and facing the disc (2) contact and penetration area in the part (P) to be cut.
