Abstract: A system for detecting, monitoring, and reacting to an event comprising: on premises surveillance equipment, an on premises wireless server, a cellular virtual private network in communication with the on premises wireless server, a router remote from the on premises surveillance equipment in communication with the cellular virtual private network and with a second network for directing data to at least one networked server, at least one client device, and computer instructions for enabling the at least one client device to connect to the at least one networked server.
