  • Patent number: 11320328
Abstract: An operation parameter detecting apparatus for a vehicle is provided to obtain a pedaling torque value, an angle of a central shaft with a magnetic ring, a corresponded rotating speed and a corresponded pedaling power, respectively by measuring an electromagnetic force of a coil induced by a magnetic variation due to a deformation of a covered magnetic sleeve linked to a central shaft, a voltage output from at least a Hall corresponded to a magnetic flux density of which the distribution in a 1, 2 or 3 dimensional space is partly a monotonic increasing or decreasing function in an area with the same polarity, and at calculation relative to the time.

  • Patent number: 11162968
Abstract: A bicycle speed sensor is provided on a bicycle. The bicycle includes a chain stay, a rear wheel, a brake disk and a positioning member. The rear wheel includes a hub and the brake disk includes a center hole disposed for the hub to pass through. The positioning member passes through the chain stay, the center hole and the hub so that the rear wheel and the brake disk are positioned on the chain stay. The bicycle speed sensor includes a signal transmitter and a signal sensor. The signal transmitter is configured to transmit a signal and disposed on the brake disk. The signal sensor receives the signal from the signal transmitter and is disposed on the chain stay. By fixedly positioning the signal transmitter and the signal sensor at the brake disk and a default position of and the chain stay respectively, displacements of sensor components is prevented to provide reliable sensing data.

  • Patent number: 8960021
Abstract: A non-contact type torque and angle of rotation sensing device consisting of a magnetic member, sensing members and a computing unit for measuring a torque being applied to rotate a transmission member and the angle of rotation of said transmission member in a first axial direction is disclosed. The magnetic member defines a first center, and is mounted on and rotatable with the transmission member. The magnetic member deflects relative to the transmission member in a nonparallel manner relative to the first axial direction when rotating with the transmission member. Sensing members induce a magnetic field variation to output respective electrical signals that exhibit a phase difference there between. The computing unit receives and calculates the electrical signals of the sensing member to obtain the amplitude and to further translate the amplitude into torque value and angle of rotation.
