    Abstract: Improved frying pan which allows the products to be removed therefrom drained of oil, which has a reservoir for collecting the oil, separated from the frying area of the foodstuffs by a grille which is movable and detachable in order to be able to clean the inside of said reservoir, the grille has an upper area in which there are some openings of greater size, and a lower area with some openings of smaller size which acts as a filter of those impurities and allows the oil that returns to the frying pan to be free of them.
