Abstract: A dual brewing mechanism is provided. The dual brewing mechanism includes a hot water pipe, an espresso brewing device, a first solenoid valve, a pour over device and a second solenoid valve. The espresso brewing device includes a brewing head that has a flow channel configured therein, and hot water can be transported to the flow channel through a first pipe body of the hot water pipe. The first solenoid valve is in communication with the flow channel of the espresso brewing device, the hot water is transported to the pour over device through the second pipe body of the hot water pipe, and the second solenoid valve is in communication with the pour over device.
Abstract: An infusion beverage brewing device includes a filter assembly and a brewing mechanism. The filter assembly has an outer filter cup and an inner filter cup. The inner filter cup has an inner cup-body, and the outer filter cup has an outer cup-body. A gap and a vapor diffusion outlet are formed between the outer cup-body and the inner cup-body. The outer filter cup has a bottom outlet disposed a sealing device. The brewing mechanism has a cup retainer, a cover and a controlling device. The cover is disposed on the cup retainer, and the controlling device is connected to the cover. The filter assembly is disposed in the cup retainer. The cover is selectively disposed on the filter assembly. The cover is disposed with a sprinkle-nozzle and a vapor portal. The vapor portal corresponds to the vapor inlet of the inner filter cup.
Abstract: Provided is a beverage preparation apparatus having a central constant temperature water supply. The hot water furnace heats water to a predetermine temperature and supplies hot water to at least one hot water branch via a hot water supply line. Different beverage preparation modules are mounted to the hot water branch. Hot water and beverage materials are mixed in the beverage preparation module to prepare beverage. A return pipe interconnects the hot water furnace and the hot water supply line. In response to flowing hot water to the hot water supply line, the solenoid valves for water branch are closed and the solenoid valve for return pipe is open so that hot water flows to the hot water furnace via the return pipe. The hot water flow stops when the temperature sensor senses temperature of the hot water flow in the return pipe is equal to the predetermined temperature.
