Abstract: A fastener (1) with a main body (2) whose external surfaces, with the exception of a fastening side (3) that serves to effect fastening to an object, are sealed up in a diffusion-proof way. The main body (2) has a discrete arrangement of reservoirs (6) opening out to the fastening side (3) that have a filler (7, 7a, 7b) with a hydrophilic material and/or moisture. An aerobic adhesive can be applied to the fastening side (3); hardening of the aerobic adhesive is brought about by the filler (7, 7a, 7b).
Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for forming an adhesive connection between an object and a support. The object has a reservoir (4) with an adhesive agent that adjoins, at one contact surface, a wall (2) having a predetermined breaking point. The object has a button (7) with a push-through unit assigned to it; when the button (7) is actuated, the push-through unit creates a through-hole in the wall (2) of the reservoir (4), an adhesive agent is guided from the reservoir (4) through the hole onto the contact surface, and an adhesive layer (11) is formed to fasten the object to the support.
Abstract: A fastening system for fixing an object on a base includes a first receptacle storing an aerobic adhesive and includes an associated first withdrawal device. A second receptacle, separate from the first receptacle, stores a free-flowing substance and includes an associated second withdrawal device. The first withdrawal device is configured to generate an aerobic adhesive layer with a height profile on the base. The second withdrawal device is configured to generate a surface layer of the free-flowing substance on the layer of aerobic adhesive with height profile to form a layer, whereby volumetric incorporations or inclusions of the free-flowing substance are formed in the aerobic adhesive when the object is pressed onto the layer structure.
Abstract: A process for fixing an article to a substrate with a mounting set including two receptacles storing an aerobic adhesive and a hydrophilic substance, respectively. The aerobic adhesive and the hydrophilic substance are removed from the two receptacles and then mixed together to prepare the fastening. A layer of the fastening composition is applied to the article. The article is fixed to the substrate by pressing the layer of the fastening composition against the substrate. The aerobic adhesive in the layer hardens because of the moisture contained in the hydrophilic substance.
Abstract: A fastener arrangement includes a main body that is made of a gas-tight and liquid-tight material to hold an object. The main body defines a cavity and is fixable to a support surface. A hydrophilic insert is attached to the main body inside of the cavity for facing the support surface and is adapted to receive a metered amount of moisture. An aerobic adhesive is applied to the hydrophilic insert so that the aerobic adhesive is encapsulated gas-tight and liquid-tight together with the hydrophilic insert in the cavity enclosed by the support surface and the main body when the main body is fixed on the support surface.
