    Abstract: A luminaire includes a receiving element for a rotationally symmetrical glass body with a receiving opening, a rotationally symmetrical glass body arranged in the receiving opening and an annular, permanently elastic element arranged between the receiving element and the glass body, wherein the receiving element is formed with a support surface which is inclined towards the glass body and the glass body is formed with a receiving surface diametrically opposite to the support surface. The permanently elastic element is positioned in the installed state between the support surface and the receiving surface in order to fix the receiving element and the glass body positively and concentrically to each other. An annular gap is provided between glass body and receiving element for introducing the annular, permanently elastic element between support surface and receiving surface. A method for fastening the glass body in the receiving element is provided.

    Abstract: An assembly set for recessed ceiling and wall luminaires, comprises a mounting sleeve and a luminaire housing, which is adapted to be installed in the mounting sleeve, the mounting sleeve being mountable in a wall or ceiling opening. The mounting sleeve is provided with contact portions extending, on the side of the mounting sleeve facing away from the wall or ceiling opening, perpendicular to a wall of the mounting sleeve into the interior of the latter. The luminaire housing comprises at least two locking elements extending beyond the circumference of the luminaire housing, wherein the locking elements of the luminaire housing engage behind the contact portions of the mounting sleeve at the fixing position, and the locking elements are operatively connected to handles in the interior of the luminaire housing such that the locking elements can be transferred from the fixing position to a release position by moving the handles towards each other.

A first portion of the light source light is emitted by the reflector through the light exit aperture and a second portion is emitted through the luminaire shade. The light source is an LED. The luminaire includes a light guide arranged near the light entrance aperture between the LED and light exit end so at least some LED light enters into the light guide, the light guide comprising a light-guiding area extending perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the reflector at least partially beyond the edge of the light entrance aperture.
