Abstract: The present invention relates to an end stop bracket for a longitudinal mobile shelving track adapted to moveably support a mobile shelving unit thereabove, the end stop bracket including a main body shaped to cap an end of said longitudinal track, a means of attachment to the end of the longitudinal track, and a means of reducing impact loads resulting from contact between the mobile shelving unit and the end stop bracket.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a ramp assembly for a mobile shelving system including at least one longitudinal track body having a central channel and transverse edges, said ramp assembly including a plurality of ramp sections disposed on either side of the track body, whereby each ramp section includes a hooked edge adapted to rotatably engage a transverse edge of the track body, the angle of the ramp section being adjustable by way of rotation of the ramp section to thereby accommodate track bodies of different height.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a track assembly being of a hollow profile construction and having superior strength and stiffness. All functional components of the track, including joining means between tracks and between the track and end brackets, anti-tilt means, and levelling means, are located either inside or beneath the track. The track assembly upper surface is therefore aesthetically pleasing and free from tripping hazards.

Abstract: A drive mechanism for a body where the body has a plurality of load bearing and track engaging wheels that allow the body to move back and forth along a track that comprises an actuator attached to the body that is manually or mechanically driven, a non-load beating drive wheel that is attached with respect to the body so that it engages a stationary surface adjacent the body and a drive coupling mechanism between the actuator and the drive wheel wherein actuation of the actuator causes rotation of the drive wheel which moves the body along the tracks. The invention provides a convenient mechanism of attaching a drive mechanism to a body and to enable easier movement of track mounted bodies.
