The movable slidable lock block cover may be moved between an open position, wherein the slidable lock block can be moved between locked and unlocked positions, and a closed position, wherein the slidable lock block is immobilized. Accordingly, the slidable lock block cover increases the security of the double doors by preventing actuation of the slidable lock block when the double doors are closed.
