    Abstract: A method for controlling a digital shower system includes the steps of: actuating the digital shower system for operation; detecting whether the system is in order or not, and if not, generating an error message; otherwise, performing the next step; entering a ready mode, for discharging in advance a water flow in an outlet pipe that does not reach a preset outlet water temperature; entering a shower mode, in which a desired message is input through a digital user interface, a water outlet is controlled by a control unit to continuously output water maintained at the same temperature as the preset outlet water temperature; and providing several preset power-off conditions for automatically turning off the digital shower system. The method may not only achieve the function of discharging water in advance, but also automatically shut off the water output in a certain time period, so as to save water.

The water diverter has an adjusting knob for changing a direction of the water flow, and the adjusting knob is located on the wall-mounted showerhead at side close to a user, which is convenient for users to operate. The showerhead bracket is disposed at a lower position of the wall-mounted showerhead, and has a receptacle. The receptacle is in a pivoted state to adjust an angle and provide the hand-held showerhead to be engaged therein.

A plurality of open-ended arc-shaped flow-guide channels is accordingly defined between the flow-guide ribs. Moreover, a plurality of outlet holes is arranged in flow-guiding directions of the flow-guide channels. Therefore, the showerhead positioned in such a water-spraying mode is capable of achieving a uniform water-spraying effect at a larger spraying area.

The positioning portion enables the adjustment baffles to be selectively fastened and disposed thereto, thereby enabling changing the distance between the water inlet to the lowest adjustment baffle to vary the flow quantity of flush water flowing into the canister flush valve from the water inlets, and further changing the speed the float sinks in the flush water as well as the speed a valve port closes.

    Abstract: A separable faucet mainly provides two control bodies, an outlet assembly, and a three-way pipe assembly. A control valve is disposed in each control body, and connected to an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. One end of a plastic inner pipe of the outlet assembly is connected to a spout piece, and an outer edge is covered by a metal cover to counteract changes in water pressure by the metal cover to ensure a tight combination between the plastic inner pipe and the spout piece. Another end is connected to a connecting pipe, and an outer edge is covered by a metal cap secured to the connecting pipe to urge the plastic inner pipe against the connecting pipe tightly by a minor diameter part of the metal cap. The three-way pipe assembly is connected to the connecting pipe and outlet pipes of the two control bodies respectively.

    Abstract: A water flow temperature control system is described. A hot and cold water flow respectively flow through a first and a second inlet passage of a valve and reach a temperature control sheet through a pressure equalization valve and two water seals. The quantities of the water flows are controlled by changing positions of two large or two small tapered adjusting holes on the temperature control sheet relative to the two water seals before flowing towards a water mixer of a mixing device. The water flows enter from a large opening portion of the water mixer, and are mixed in a helical direction. After that, the water flows pass through a number of outlet holes on a small opening portion of the water mixer towards an outlet passage of the valve. The center of the temperature control sheet is connected to a first end of a transmission shaft.

    Abstract: A process for fabricating an integral plastic faucet member and a finished product thereof are provided. The process mainly includes two injection steps. A first plastic injection is used to mold a first part at a middle connecting part of a faucet member. The first part is then placed into a mold for a second plastic injection so as to mold a second part at two sides of the faucet member. The second part is properly wrapped around and bonded to the first part. Meanwhile, desired holes are reserved to serve as water inlets, water outlets, and valve seats. Through such a two-injection process, the conventional complicated and time-consuming copper casting process is simplified, which improves the production efficiency and product quality, lows the cost and defective ratio. Meanwhile, the product weight is also reduced, which greatly reduces the transportation cost.
