The second formulation, packaged separately from the first, includes essential fatty acids: evening primrose oil, flax seed oil, sunflower oil, sesame seed oil, and pumpkin seed oil; and vitamins: vitamin E and vitamin Q-10. A method for improving metabolic function includes consuming the first and second formulation. A method of formulating a composition for improving metabolic function includes packaging together the first formulation and packaging together and separately from the first formulation the second formulation.
