Furthermore, the invention provides a method for the production of a pharmaceutical composition. Additionally, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a lysate obtainable by the aforementioned process. Moreover, methods and uses for vaccination against cancers, tumorous diseases, infections and/or autoimmune diseases comprising administering the cell lysates of the invention or dendritic cells loaded with the cell lysate loaded to an individual are provided.
