Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an all-in-one machine for leg extension and flexion, comprising: a body and a swinging mechanism; and a weight assembly, mounted on the body and operably linked with the swinging mechanism; wherein the weight assembly comprises a connecting arm rotationally connected to the body, the connecting arm is provided with an orientation part along its length direction, a weight arm is mounted on the orientation part, and the weight arm is capable of reciprocally sliding along the orientation part and rotating around the orientation part.
