Abstract: A combination footwear covering and carrier bag assembly, whereby the footwear covering is worn over the wearer's foot and/or sock while walking around a wet, snowy or slippery surface. The footwear covering includes a water-resistant body having an interior cavity. The body has a lower portion, a side portion and an upper portion defining the interior cavity. The carrier bag stores the footwear covering therein and is adapted to be unobtrusively worn about a wearer's body during activity and sports. The bag is made of bendable, water-resistant material having an opening and interior compartment. The bag includes pair of adjustable straps extending outwardly therefrom and a means for fastening the straps to the wearer's body.
