Abstract: Receiving, tracking, and analyzing business intelligence data. In one embodiment, for example, a computer-implemented method comprises: a feedback intermediary obtaining, from a user's computing device, the user's selection of an entity to provide feedback on; the feedback intermediary causing the user to be prompted at the user's computing device to provide feedback on the entity; the feedback intermediary obtaining feedback on the entity from the user's computing device; and providing the user's feedback on the entity to a computing device associated with the entity.
