Abstract: Pony tail holders are disclosed including a relatively wide fabric ring having a tubular annulus around a central hole, and an elastic ring in the tubular annulus, the elastic ring having a portion that is readily grasped, as by having a knob such as a bead, for pulling a loop of the elastic ring outside of the fabric ring. The fabric ring, with its contained portion of the elastic ring, can encircle a pony tail once and grip the pony tail and said loop of the elastic ring outside the fabric ring can encircle and grip the pony tail separately.
Abstract: A dispensing device for the discharge of liquids, particularly for the spraying of the liquids employs a trigger operated bellows acting as the pump chamber. A nozzle carries the valve body of a discharge check valve for the pump chamber. The intake check valve for the pump chamber is formed as a one piece component with the pump chamber for reducing the number of parts of the trigger sprayer.

Abstract: A case for the storage of single edged razors is formed as a unitary molding comprising a first tubular portion for reception of a handle of the razor, and a second tubular portion offset on one side of a plane including the longitudinal axis of the first portion for the reception of the neck and blade of the razor, the second tubular member being comprised of two portions interconnected one with the other by a living hinge. The hinged portion being provided with a locking member for cooperation with the first tubular member.
Abstract: The disclosed sorting conveyor and method of operating sorting conveyors provide for greater utilization of the apparatus, by using different separations between any leading article and its trailing article, either close separation of the articles when the leading article is to remain on the conveyor while its trailing article is being diverted or wide separation when the leading article is to be diverted while its trailing article remains on the conveyor; and when the sorting conveyor is applied to order-filling, the article discharge points can be chosen for the various kinds of articles so as to increase to a maximum the occurrence of small article-to-article separations.
Abstract: The disclosed spray cap comprises a manual trigger connected by a living hinge to a hollow main body; a joint-free member of plastic comprises a pump-chamber bellows and a discharge tube in the main body, and a projecting dip tube; a nozzle is threaded on the discharge tube; an outlet check valve body and resilient supporting arms in the nozzle form integral portions of the nozzle; and the discharge tube has a sealing flange engaging an internal cylindrical surface of the nozzle.
Abstract: In the disclosed method and apparatus, item-identifying codes of packages loaded onto a conveyor are scanned and, based on comparisons with the items in a group of orders stored in a computer, the packages are distributed to corresponding order-assembly lanes while account is kept of the distributed packages. In a preferred embodiment, one code-reader is located at the supply end of the conveyor system and packages are tracked in the computer for delivery to respective order-assembly lanes, deducting from order requirements at the time of scanning and correcting for the deductions if timely deliveries are not effected. Where belt conveyors are used and "slip" of a package behind its theoretical maximum travel speed may occur, package travel is monitored and operation of the system is halted in case of excessive delay of a package along any travel segment.
