When a first instance of an interactive game is initiated on a first wireless device, a unique identifier is assigned to that particular instance. The unique identifier may then be sent to a second wireless device, which may use the unique identifier to initiate a duplicate instance of the interactive game. The unique identifier may be sent through any messaging scheme for wireless devices, such as text messaging.
