Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for providing a virtual construction and design of an interior wall of a home or office are described. The virtual construction and design provides for various substrate layers as they would exist within the interior wall, interactions between substrate layers, as well as environmental effects. The virtual construction can be implemented on a website so that a user of the website is able to create, select, and purchase customized wallpaper patterns with various color effects, three-dimensional effects, aging effects, texture effects, and environmental effects.
