Patent number: 11459151Abstract: Dispensing devices and systems for dispensing materials into a host vessel, optionally containing a host substance, are provided. The dispensing devices are removably attachable, in whole or in part, to a host vessel such as a water bottle or an alcohol bottle. The dispensing devices generally include a rotating capsule (perhaps with a quantity of flavor or nutritional supplements in the capsule) that can be rotated to a position to dispense the contents of the capsule into the host vessel. Depending upon configuration, the act of dispensing may involve squeezing, shaking, or the simple passive step of permitting gravity to act on the contents of the capsule.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 2020Date of Patent: October 4, 2022Assignee: Arbor Grace Inc.Inventor: Patrick Powell

Patent number: 11103724Abstract: A photo-treatment device includes a non-opaque treatment substrate and a radiation-collector beside the substrate. The substrate is sized for a person at which radiation is to be emitted from above the substrate. The substrate has a front surface for receiving the person thereon and a back surface. The radiation-collector captures excess radiation peripheral to the substrate and redirects the excess radiation to the back surface of the substrate.Type: GrantFiled: January 4, 2018Date of Patent: August 31, 2021Assignee: ARBOR GRACE, INC.Inventor: Patrick Kenneth Powell

Patent number: 11033751Abstract: A photo-treatment device includes a treatment region that has a front side at which source radiation is to be emitted and an opposite, back side. A plurality of light guides are located beside the treatment region. The light guides capture excess radiation peripheral to the treatment region and redirect the excess radiation toward the back side of the treatment region.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2018Date of Patent: June 15, 2021Assignee: ARBOR GRACE, INC.Inventor: Patrick Kenneth Powell

Patent number: 10751453Abstract: A wearable machine system includes a garment and a passive actuator mounted to the garment. The passive actuator is actuatable in response to involuntary movements of a wearer of the garment. A machine is coupled with the passive actuator such that actuation of the passive actuator responsive to the involuntary movements mechanically drives the machine.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2015Date of Patent: August 25, 2020Assignee: Arbor Grace, Inc.Inventor: Patrick Powell

Publication number: 20130289019Abstract: One embodiment of an aspect of the present invention is a method for lessening the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder comprising the step of administering a therapeutically effective quantity of a cholinergic M1 receptor antagonist and a therapeutically effective quantity of one or more cholinomimetic agents to lessen the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Typically, the cholinergic M1 receptor antagonist is selected from the group consisting of telenzepine, amytriptyline, biperiden, trihexyphenidyl, darifenacin, dicyclomine, and tiotropium. Another aspect of the present invention is directed to methods and compositions employing other therapeutic agents and combinations of therapeutic agents for emulating the theoretical pharmacological effects of the non-selective mAChR antagonist scopolamine. The invention also encompasses pharmaceutical compositions incorporating one or more therapeutic agents and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 25, 2013Publication date: October 31, 2013Applicant: Amazing Grace, Inc.Inventor: David T. Patent number: 4867653Abstract: A double-diaphragm pump is designed to be molded almost entirely out of plastic and is provided with totally externally-accessible and serviceable check valves which do not require any significant disassembly of the pump itself. The pump is also fitted with a diaphragm which is formed from a uniform thickness of material and which have convolutions which are equally disposed on either side of the angle of elevation of the unstressed diaphragm. The pump is designed for mounting on top of a barrel or drum and has a set of radiused feet so as to fit snugly against the rim in an inlet pipe which fits into a bung plug having an eccentric opening such that the opening grips the inlet pipe and the plug may be rotated so as to snugly position the pump against the rim of the drum. The air valve to the pump is provided with U-cup seals in the housing.Type: GrantFiled: January 20, 1988Date of Patent: September 19, 1989Assignee: Grace Inc.Inventors: John B. Mills, Vicky J.
