Abstract: A nursery band includes a back pad for supporting a back of a baby or infant, a head supporter for supporting a head of the baby or infant, located above the back pad, a pair of sideways protrusions protruding sideways from both sides of the head supporter, a pair of side forming members extending in a vertical direction continuously to both of side edges of the back pad, and a connecting part for detachably connecting a tip of each of the pair of sideways protrusions to each of the pair of side forming members. The head supporter is disposed in such a manner as to be freely folded over at a back surface of the back pad in a state where the connection via the connecting parts is maintained. Thus, there is provided a nursery band capable of varying the manner with the reduced number of component parts.

Abstract: A stroller includes a frame having a frame leg and a frame joint at which the frame leg is coupled to the frame. The frame joint is configured to allow retraction of the frame leg to a folded position. A handle is attached to the frame at a pivot joint, the pivot joint being configured for rotation of the handle between first and second operational orientations. The pivot joint is further configured for rotation of the handle from the first or second operational orientations to a storage position aligned with the folded position of the frame leg. In some cases, a front frame leg and a rear frame leg are coupled to the frame joint, the frame joint being configured to allow the front frame leg and the rear frame leg to retract to respective folded positions in which the stroller is supported in an upright orientation.

Abstract: A detachable child safety seat comprises a base member, a seat body mounted on the base member detachably, an upper locking mechanism to lock or unlock a stand wall of the base member and a backrest of the seat body, a lower locking mechanism to lock or unlock a bottom wall of the base member and a seat of the seat body, and a synchronization mechanism to connect the upper locking mechanism to the lower locking mechanism so as to synchronize locked states or unlocked states of both locking mechanisms.

Abstract: A playard is movable between an open arrangement and a folded arrangement. The playard includes a plurality of legs, a plurality of pivot joints connected to the plurality of legs, and a plurality of slider joints engaging the plurality of legs. A plurality of cross members are arranged in pairs extending between the legs, and at least one latch mechanism is operable in a latched condition to maintain a predetermined gap along a leg between one of the slider joints and one of the pivot joints to prevent movement of the playard toward the folded arrangement. A plurality of top rail segments extend between the legs to define an upper periphery of the playard.

A seat leg extending from the seat assembly is slidably engaged with the base frame assembly for movement of the seat assembly relative to the base frame assembly from a first seating height level to a second seating height level. In some cases, a support post of the base frame assembly is oriented in a telescopic arrangement with the seat leg along a generally vertical axis. In some cases, one or more slider mechanisms slidably couple the seat assembly to the base frame assembly, where each slider mechanism has a lock to secure the seat assembly at either the first seating height level or the second seating height level.

The playard further includes a plurality of top rails, each top rail being attached to adjacent pivot joints in the upper set. The frame structure lacks legs to support the upper set of pivot joints at an elevation above the lower set of pivot joints. The elevation decreases as the respective slants of the cross members change to move the frame structure from the folded arrangement to the open arrangement until the top rails are under tension.

A push arm has a lower end connected to one of the latch parts and extends upward and rearward to a handle. A front leg has a lower end pivotally coupled to a front end of the bottom part and extends upward and rearward to an upper end connected to the other of the latch parts. A support strut has an upper end pivotally coupled to the fold latch at a pivot axis and has a lower end pivotally coupled to the bottom part forward of the back end at a pivot connection. The pivot connection of the support strut in one example is positioned further forward than the pivot axis.

The infant sleeping apparatus is removably mounted to the child containment structure with the fabric panel suspended above the bottom panel of the bassinet.

Abstract: A child swing includes a frame, a hanger arm movably coupled to the frame, and a support base coupled to the at least one hanger arm. The support base is configured to hold a child carrier of an infant car seat and to enable removal of the child carrier. The support base has two or more attachment locations at which the child carrier can be attached to the support base. Upon removal of the child carrier from the support base, the support base remains coupled to the hanger arm, and the hanger arm remains coupled to the frame. The support base can also enable removal of the child carrier from the support base via actuation of a release latch of the child carrier, and the support base is movably coupled to the hanger arms to move between an in-use position and a fold position.

The harness adjuster includes a housing and a harness adjuster actuator movable between a first position and a second position relative to a front surface of the housing to unlock the harness adjuster. Movement of the buckle actuator from the first position to the second position is in the same direction as movement of the harness adjuster actuator from the first position to the second position. The buckle can include a grip surface of sufficient thickness to enable a user to brace a finger against the buckle grip surface when actuating the buckle actuator.

Abstract: A child restraint assembly for a child vehicle seat includes a buckle assembly including a buckle and a pair of latches, a harness coupled to the buckle assembly, and a harness adjuster to adjust the harness. The child restraint assembly also can include a chest clip coupled to the harness. The chest clip can include a male member and a female member releasably coupled to the male member. The male member can have a pair of opposing grip surfaces of sufficient thickness to enable a user to grip the male member when decoupling the male member and the female member. The chest clip can also have a finger grip configured to grip and move the chest clip to a desired location along the harness.

Abstract: A child motion device includes a frame that provides a structural support relative to a reference surface and that includes an arm pivotably coupled to the structural support. A child supporting device is coupled to the arm and spaced from the reference surface by the frame. A drive system is configured to move the arm such that the child supporting device reciprocates along a motion path at a frequency within a range from about 0.37 Hz to about 0.62 Hz. In some cases, a further drive system is configured to oscillate the child supporting device generally along the axis of rotation at a frequency in a range from about 2.85 Hz to about 3.15 Hz.

Abstract: A juvenile product includes a power adapter comprising a first AC-to-DC converter to generate a DC transmission voltage from a line power source, and a power cable coupled to the power adapter and configured to carry the DC transmission voltage. A power transmitter coupled to the power cable includes a transmitter coil and a DC-to-AC converter coupled to the transmitter coil such that an AC current flows through the transmitter coil based on the DC transmission voltage. A power supply includes a receiver coil configured for generation of induced current in the receiver coil via inductive coupling with the transmitter coil, and further includes a second AC-to-DC converter coupled to the receiver coil to generate DC power based on the induced current. An electrical load coupled to the power supply is configured for operation via the DC power.
