Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for identification verification for a device. The method includes the steps of capturing user identity information at a first stage prior to an interaction at the device; capturing user identity information at a second stage following the interaction; and verifying identity during the interaction using the information captured at the first and second stages. A system for identification verification is also disclosed.
