Abstract: A wound anchor sterile pen (WASP), and a system and method for administering to wounds of mass casualties using multiple WASPs. This system has tactical, EMS, Mass Casualty, disaster, lay-responder and self-use in mind. It is also designed to allow tracking using RFID tags and Blockchain technology. It is a needed product for treating mass casualties in combat as well as in shooting situations such as those that have recently occurred at schools, night clubs and other large gatherings. The device can assist in stopping blood flow from wounds and give the injured person more time to obtain hospital treatment to hopefully preserve the person’s life.
