Abstract: An automatic color mix dyeing process includes activating an automatic shaping device to shape an undyed object as a cylinder and tightening same; conveying the undyed object to a dyeing apparatus by means of spraying wherein the dyeing apparatus includes rows of spray devices, dye containers for containing dyes of different colors, each dye container being in fluid communication with the row of spray devices, a pump for moving the dyes in the dye containers to the rows of spray devices, and a control device for controlling the rows of spray devices to control a spray sequence, a spray time, and a spray quantity of dye; conveying the dyed object from the dyeing apparatus to a vapor device for color fixing wherein the dyed object is impregnated with hot vapor to obtain a finished object; cutting the tie ropes; and conveying, washing and drying the finished object.
Abstract: A process of manufacturing a resilient, fibrous, piled woven fabric includes moving a resilient, fibrous woven fabric through a platform type carding machine including at least one first roller having a rough surface, at least one second roller having a surface formed of needles, and at least one third roller having a fine surface. One surface of the woven fabric passes and contacts the first roller so that fibers on one surface of the woven fabric are cut, one surface of the woven fabric passes and contacts the second roller so that the fibers on one surface of the woven fabric are broken to form a layer of uneven pile structure thereon, and one surface of the woven fabric passes and contacts the at least one third roller so that the layer of uneven pile structure is combed out and smoothed to finish a resilient, fibrous, piled woven fabric.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing fabric is provided with adding 900 g of a material having a 92 wt % of SiO2, 5 wt % of ZnO, and 3 wt % of polypropylene acid sodium and 1,500 g of PU resin to water to mix until a first solution is formed; pouring the first solution into a first foaming tank; agitating the first solution in the first foaming tank to foam; adding a bridging agent and a foaming agent to a second foaming tank to mix with water to foam until a second solution is formed; pouring the first and second solutions into a third tank to mix and form a coating solution; continuously conveying a fabric sheet to a top of a platform; activating squeegees to spread the coating solution on the fabric sheet to form a cooling layer thereon; and performing a dry setting finish on the fabric sheet.
