    Abstract: A device for moving a movable furniture part, including a force accumulator for causing the movable furniture part to be put in the opening direction of the movable furniture part, and wherein the device has a locking assembly for locking a tensioned position of the force accumulator, in which the force accumulator is charged for the opening movement of the furniture part. The tensioned position of the force accumulator is unlockable by displacing an activator element that interacts with the locking assembly. The locking assembly includes a pivotably mounted locking member, and the activator element and the locking member are mutually adapted in such a manner that, for unlocking the tensioned position of the force accumulator, the activator element carries out a linear repositioning movement and comes to bear on the locking member in such a manner that the locking member is subjected to a pivoting movement, or vice versa.
