Abstract: Human urine-origin colony-stimulating factor and kallikrein are separated in pure form, respectively, from an aqueous solution thereof, such as a urinary protein-concentrated solution by subjecting the solution added with a stabilizer such as octyl-phenoxypolyethoxyethanaol or polyethylene glycol both having a molecular weight of 1,000-10,000, to high-performance gel filtration effective in molecular exclusive limit of 10.sup.5 -5.times.10.sup.5 as determined with globular protein.
