Patents Assigned to GREEN CROSS MEDICAL SCIENCE
  • Patent number: 11474120
Abstract: The present invention relates to a separable cassette for measuring glycated hemoglobin. It is easy to use the separable cassette for measuring glycated hemoglobin of the present invention since a reagent is sequentially leaked during the rotation thereof. In addition, there is no need to shake the reagent beforehand, as the reagent without residual reagent is fully discharged by the rotation. Therefore, the measurement result is accurate because an error between the amount of the reagent used and the amount of sample blood is small.

  • Patent number: 11226344
Abstract: Disclosed is a measurement method for a glycated hemoglobin ratio. According to a measurement method for a glycated hemoglobin ratio of the present invention, reagents are easy and convenient to use because of their sequential leakage during the rotation of a cassette, are all discharged by the rotation with no remaining reagent, and are not mixed with each other. Therefore, measurement results are accurate, with fewer errors in the quantities of used reagents and sample blood.

  • Publication number: 20210341465
Abstract: A cholesterol measurement device includes a measuring instrument body; and a light-intensity check member mounted on and integrated with the measuring instrument body. The light intensity check member reflects light emitted from a light-emitting unit, allowing detecting abnormal light intensity and accurate assessing light intensity change, which prevents a measurement value change due to the change in light intensity and improves reliability of the measurement value. The device keeps a measurement unit clean all the time since the measurement unit can be easily cleaned by separating a strip fixation unit, when a specimen flows into the strip fixation unit in which a measurement strip is inserted.

  • Publication number: 20150079587
Abstract: Method for detecting target nucleic acids by simultaneous isothermal amplification of the target nucleic acids and a signal probe 5 using an external primer set, a DNA-RNA-DNA hybrid primer set and a DNA-RNA-DNA hybrid signal probe. The method can be used to amplify target nucleic acids in a sample, rapid and exact manner without the risk of contamination compared to the conventional methods such as PCR, and it can simultaneously amplify target nucleic acid and a signal probe, so that it can be applied to various genome projects, detection and identification of a pathogen, detection of gene modification producing a predetermined phenotype, detection of hereditary diseases or determination of sensibility to diseases, and estimation of gene expression. Thus, the method is useful for molecular biological studies and disease diagnosis.
