Abstract: An automated system having a memory storing a plurality of potential reclaims in a queue, and a processor that automatically selects which of the plurality of potential reclaims to apply to a movement cycle of a unit of railroad transport equipment, by processing mutually exclusive combinations of potential reclaims, and so as to maximize the total value of the applied reclaim(s).
