Abstract: The motions of mountain climbing and running are simulated by an exerciser having a pair of movable treadles which are connected to ropes that extend around plural pulleys and having free ends provided with handles which are gripped by the user and pulled during movement of the treadles to thereby exercise both the arms and legs. The treadles are connected to hydraulic cylinders which permit the treadles to be utilized independently of the ropes.
Abstract: An exercising machine carrying wheel assembly is disclosed including a tubular wheel frame, which has two central shafts aligned at two opposite ends, wheels respectively mounted on the central shafts and locked in place by cotter pins, washers respectively mounted on the central shafts and retained between the stepped wheels and respective inside flanges inside the tubular wheel frame, protective caps respectively covered on the wheels, and a mounting frame welded to the wheel frame at right angles, a mounting frame connected to the base of an exercising machine by screws for permitting it to be carried on the protective caps and moved from place to place.
Abstract: Disclosed is a physical exercising machine including a high pulley station, a scissor grip, a thigh & knee machine and a rowing machine respectively mounted on a machine frame at the front, and a low pulley station and a stepping machine respectively mounted on the machine frame at the back, wherein the rowing machine is reciprocated as the thigh & knee machine is operated; the low pulley station is releasably coupled to the high pulley station in using the same counter balance mechanism.
Abstract: An abdomen exerciser includes two three-end links respectively pivoted to two curved supports on a base frame at opposite sides to hold two leg presses, two sets of weights, and a back cushion. The sets of weights automatically turn the three-end links on the curved supports in lifting the back cushion from a horizontal position to a vertical position as the player bends the trunk upwards, or give a pressure to the player's back as the player lies down. Either leg press can be turned into the operative position for hanging the respective leg in raising the player's center of gravity.
