Patents Assigned to Group 3 Technology Limited
  • Patent number: 7773532
Abstract: A method is provided for enabling communication between first and second network nodes (1, 7) by way of a network address translation device (3, 9), which network nodes are each capable of communicating with a server (11). The first network node (1) establishes communication with the server (11) requesting communication with the second network node (7). The first network node then establishes communication with the second network node by way of the network address translation device (3, 9), including sending a plurality of first dummy packets from the first network node directly to the second network node. The server (11) establishes communication with the second network node requesting communication between the second network node and the first network node.

  • Patent number: 7688964
Abstract: A communications module for communicating between a computer network (1, 2, 3, 4) and a private branch exchange (5), where the communications module is arranged and adapted so as: a. to receive commands from the computer network (1, 2, 3, 4) (computer network commands 13)); b. if necessary to translate the computer network commands (13) into a form suitable for input into the private branch exchange (5) (private branch exchange commands (14)); and c. to send the private branch exchange commands (14) to the private branch exchange (5); to effect programming of the private branch exchange (5).

  • Patent number: 7025611
Abstract: A device for providing communication between an output connection (3) and either an input connection (1) or an override socket (8), characterised in that the device has a first state in which the override socket (8) is empty, the input connection (1) being connected to the output connection (3), and a second state in which the input connection (1) is disconnected from the output connection (3), the override socket (8) being connected to the output connection (3). The device is toggled between the first and second states by insertion/removal of an override plug (9) into/from the override socket (8) respectively.

  • Patent number: 6329817
Abstract: A sensor for measuring a parameter includes at least one transducer adapted to provide an analog transducer signal, and at least one converter adapted to convert the analog transducer signal into a digitized transducer signal, and a memory device associated with the converter capable of receiving the digitized transducer signal directly from the converter. The memory device is configured to provide a digitized output value from a memory location, the memory location being associated with or corresponding to the digitized transducer signal received by the memory device.
