    Abstract: A network device including document, design, aggregation and production texture modules. The document module generates a 2D design document that includes non-aggregated texture islands (NTIs). Each of the NTIs corresponds to a pattern of a product. The NTIs include at least two versions of one of the NTIs. The design module adds an artwork image across at least two of the NTIs. The aggregation module aggregates the at least two versions of the NTIs and generates a final aggregated texture image based on the 2D design document. The final aggregated texture image includes final aggregated texture islands (FATIs). Each of the FATIs is distinctive from the other ones of the FATIs. The production texture module, based on the final aggregated texture image, generates a production texture that includes islands, which are scaled to match an actual size of a respective pattern to be transferred on fabric for the product.

    Abstract: The present teachings provide for a weeding table including a table portion, a clamp device, and a heating mechanism. The table portion can include a table member and a work-surface. The clamp device can include a clamp and a cylinder. The clamp can include a base fixedly coupled to the table member and an arm coupled to the base. The arm can be movable relative to the base between a first position and a second position. The cylinder can be coupled to the arm to be translated thereby such that the cylinder is a greater distance from the work-surface when the arm is in the first position than when the arm is in the second position. The cylinder can be rotatable relative to the arm about a longitudinal axis of the cylinder. The heating mechanism can be coupled to the table member and can be configured to heat the work-surface.

The lower platens can be supported by the frame. The press mechanism can be coupled to the upper platen and operable to move the upper platen between open and closed positions. In the open position, the upper platen can be spaced apart from the lower platens by a greater distance than when in the closed position. The shuttle mechanism can be supported by the frame and can move the press mechanism linearly between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the upper platen can be located above the first lower platen. In the second position, the upper platen can be located above the second lower platen. The heating element can be configured to heat the upper platen.
