Abstract: A flow diverter is disclosed. The flow diverter can be removably securable to a medical device. The flow diverter can have a body and a cavity. When the body is removably secured to the medical device and when a flow of gas flows from the medical device into the cavity, the flow of gas can be divertible from a first direction to a second direction, and/or when the body is removably secured to the medical device and when the flow of gas flows from the medical device into the cavity, the flow of gas can be divertible out of the cavity.
Abstract: A system is disclosed that can have a first device and a second device. The first device can have a tube, a deflectable section, and a camera. The second device can have a first tube. A stabilizer can be advanceable from the first tube. The second device can have a second tube. A third tube can be advanceable from the second tube. The first device can be an endoscope. The first device can be attachable to the second device via a connector.

Abstract: Tissue access devices and methods of using the same are disclosed. For example, an access device is disclosed having a first sheath having a first sheath lumen, a second sheath having a second sheath lumen, and an engager. The second sheath can be deflectable into and out of the first sheath lumen. The engager can be expandable and contractible. When the engager is in an expanded configuration, a space can be between the engager and the first sheath and the second sheath can be deflectable into and out of the space.
