Abstract: A vending machine is provided for vending pieces of bread that are toasted on the spot. The vending machine includes a control module; a toaster module; a screen displaying a graphical interface showing information related to the sale of the product; a contactless user interface for selecting the desired type and quantity of product; a storage device for storing the pieces of bread or product for sale; a pair of product feed modules set up to receive product from the storage device and feed a toaster module with the product selected by the user; an exit device allowing the exit of the product piece halves from underneath the toaster module, and a transport devices. The product halves are slid and conveyed to an exit outside the housing of the vending machine so that the user can take the purchased product.

Abstract: Disclosed is a movable ladder formed by a structural element composed of a rear part and two sides, the lower part of the vertical structural elements of the ladder terminating in lateral projections in the form of an inverted āUā that provide the ladder with reliable support on the floor. Abstract: A tortilla conveyor transfer system is configured to transfer product from a tortilla press to an oven. The tortilla press outputs batches of product to a press conveyor driven at a press speed. The oven then receives the batches of product at an oven conveyor driven at an oven speed that is slower than the press speed. The tortilla conveyor transfer system is interposed between the press conveyor and the oven conveyor. The tortilla conveyor transfer system has a first conveyor, a second conveyor, and a controller. The first conveyor is positioned in series with the press conveyor and the second conveyor, and the second conveyor is positioned in series with the first conveyor and the oven conveyor. In operation, the controller controls and varies the speed of the first conveyor and the second conveyor.
Abstract: The present invention refers to a battery bank supply and replacement system in an electric vehicle, particularly for an electric vehicle used for the distribution of commercial goods. The system of the present invention comprises a battery bank mounted in a metal structure that is structurally coupled to a metal mounting structure arranged on the electric vehicle and a handling device consisting of a movable base. The movable base is aligned and secured to the metal mounting structure of the vehicle for removal of the battery bank from the vehicle towards the handling device or the other way round.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing an edible product, a laminated dough composition and an edible product are provided. The method includes mixing ingredients including starch, gluten, a plasticizer, fat and leavening into a pastry dough composition. A flavored fat composition is prepared by mixing ingredients comprising fat, at least one flavor additive and at least one filling. The flavored fat composition is then applied to a surface of the pastry dough composition. Both compositions are folded and sheeted to form a laminated dough. The laminated dough is then formed into pieces, which are proofed and then baked. A laminated dough composition, and an edible product itself, is provided that comprises a plurality of layers of a flavored fat interposed between a plurality of layers of a pastry dough, the pastry dough composition comprising starch, gluten, a plasticizer, fat and leavening; the flavored fat composition comprising fat, at least one flavor additive and at least one filling.
