Abstract: The apparatus is intended for automatically supplying continuous spinning machines (ring) with reeled material, in which the reels must be supported at a position above the work groups and hung downwards, and comprises in combination: in correspondence of the work groups, transfer and overturn units to move the reels-supporting mandrels upwards in order to receive the reels and downwards to arrange the reels mounted thereon in a supply attitude; a transfer or conveyor system for periodically bringing a transfer or conveyor carriage into positions corresponding to those of the mandrels for the replacement of the reels; and means for transferring the reels from the carriage to the upwardly turned mandrels.
