Abstract: A heating control device for controlling a food processor is disclosed. During a heating process of the food processor, a temperature in a cup of the food processor is obtained at a predefined time interval. Whenever the obtained temperature in the cup reaches a current preset temperature threshold, the food processor starts a stirring operation for a first preset time period and stops after that, until the obtained temperature in the cup is greater than an upper limit of the preset temperature threshold. The preset temperature threshold is adjusted and defined as the current preset temperature threshold every time before the food processor starts the stirring operation. The heating control device for controlling the food processor solves a problem of a low accuracy in heating control that is caused by an unbalanced temperature in the cup of the food processor during the heating process.

Abstract: A locking brewing device includes a seat body configured to mount a material cup and including a piston chamber with an open end and a closed end, a piston slidably and sealedly arranged in the piston chamber and configured to lock a beverage capsule in the material cup, and a liquid guide piercing tube arranged at a surface of the piston that faces the open end of the piston chamber and being configured to pierce the beverage capsule in the material cup and deliver liquid. The piston and the closed end of the piston chamber form a pressure medium chamber having an opening, and the piston includes a liquid inlet passage in communication with the liquid guide piercing tube.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a food processor including: a host component, wherein the host component includes a driving component; a barrel body component mounted on the host component and including: a feed inlet, a first barrel body communicated with the feed inlet, a second barrel body communicated with the first barrel body through a communication opening, a crushing device arranged in the first barrel body, connected to the driving component and rotating under the driving of the driving component, and an extrusion device arranged within the second barrel body, connected to the driving component and rotating under the driving of the driving component; wherein the crushing device can operate with an inner side wall of the first barrel body so as to crush food entering the first barrel body, and the crushed food enters the second barrel body through the communication opening under the action of the crushing device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a beverage dispenser and a beverage brewing method. The beverage dispenser is formed with a liquid chamber, a brewing chamber, a heating chamber that can heat up liquid, and a pressure chamber that can pressurize the liquid. The liquid chamber, the heating chamber, the pressure chamber, and the brewing chamber form a circulating liquid circuit, in which the liquid formed in the liquid chamber enters into the heating chamber. The liquid is heated in the heating chamber and then enters into the pressure chamber. The liquid is pressurized in the pressure chamber and then enters into the brewing chamber, and then flows out of the brewing chamber and enters into the liquid chamber. The beverage dispenser and the beverage brewing method provided in the present disclosure overcomes the drawbacks of manually adding hot water and manually pressurizing for producing beverage.

The beverage brewing apparatus comprises a barrel body for containing a beverage capsule and a cover body fitted with the barrel body. An inner bottom end of the barrel body and the cover body are respectively provided with a piercing needle for piercing the beverage capsule. When the cover body is closed, the piercing needle at the inner bottom end of the barrel body and the piercing needle on the cover body are disposed along different lines and the beverage capsule is pierced. The central part of the piercing needle on the cover body is hollow and forms a water inlet. The piercing needle on the cover body is sealed to the beverage capsule by virtue of a sealing unit. A beverage outlet is provided at a bottom end of the barrel body.

A main control board is defined in the main engine and the stirring cup is mounted on the main engine. The cup cover assembly covers the stirring cup and the bottom of the stirring cup defines a heating device which electrically is connected to the main control board. The cup cover assembly includes an upper cover and an inner surface of the upper cover defines an anti-overflow detecting element, and the anti-overflow detecting element electrically is connected to the main control board. When a part of foam contacts the anti-overflow detecting element, the main control board controls the heating device to stop heating and no foam is generated, therefore preventing the foam liquid from overflowing the stirring cup.
