A drug composition includes the cyclopropyl unsaturated quinoline compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, or prodrugs thereof. The compound series has favorable foreground in preparing drugs for treating and/or preventing and/or delaying and/or providing adjuvant therapy for asthma and/or allergic rhinitis and asthma syndromes.
