    Abstract: A rapid activation method of an electrically controlled common ail engine. The method includes: arranging, between an oil outlet of a fuel transfer pump and an oil inlet of a fuel injection pump in the electrically controlled common rail engine, a gas discharging device; and communicating an outlet of the gas discharging device with a fuel tank via a pipe to discharge a gas present in fuel during a normal system operation. By arranging the gas discharging device at an oil feeding port of a fine filter, the method can be utilized to discharge, via the gas discharging device to the outside, air in the fine filter, thereby implementing active gas discharging, and effectively increasing activation performance of the engine.

    Abstract: An electrically controlled pneumatic surge prevention device includes a controller, an air filter, a turbocharger, an intercooler, a throttle valve, air pipes, an electromagnetic valve connected using signals to the controller, and a surge prevention valve connected to the electromagnetic valve. The surge prevention valve is connected to a sixth air pipe connecting the intercooler and the throttle valve via a fourth air pipe. The electromagnetic valve is arranged at a third air pipe, and the surge prevention valve is connected to a second air pipe connecting the air filter and the turbocharger via the third air pipe. Also provided is a control method of an electrically controlled pneumatic surge prevention device.

    Abstract: Provided is a vehicle generator control method. An engine ECU controls the generator according to an operating condition of the engine, and the control process is as follows: when the engine ECU determines that the engine is in a starting condition, the engine ECU controls a generator separately excited loop to be disconnected, so that the generator does not generate electricity; and when the engine ECU determines that the engine enters an idling condition, the engine ECU controls the generator separately excited loop to be closed, so that the generator is started to generate electricity, and after the generator is started to generate electricity, the generator carries out normal electricity generation until the engine stops operating. Through the vehicle generator control method, the starting load of the engine can be effectively reduced, and cold starting capacity is improved. Also provided is a vehicle generator control system.

    Abstract: A care-free activation system of an electrically controlled common rail engine. The care-free activation system includes a fuel tank, a fuel transfer pump and a fine filter. A gas discharging device discharging fuel gas is arranged between the fuel transfer pump and the fine filter. An outlet of the gas discharging device communicates with the fuel tank via an oil pipe. In the care-free activation system of the electrically controlled common rail engine, by arranging the gas discharging device at an oil feeding port of a fine filter, air in the fine filter can be discharged via the gas discharging device, thereby implementing active gas discharging, and effectively increasing activation performance of the engine.
