The cushion conveying device includes a frame, a conveying platform, a pressing mechanism and a folding mechanism. At least one gap area is provided on the conveying platform. The pressing mechanism is movable back and forth to contact and press at least one part of the cushion on the conveying platform. The folding mechanism includes at least one folding member movable back and forth to pass through the gap area, the folding member is capable of extending out of the gap area to abut against the cushion on the conveying platform, so as to turn up and fold the cushion.

The device for manufacturing a pocket spring bed net includes a supply mechanism for providing sheet-like flexible materials; a spring string conveying mechanism with a first gap for clamping and conveying pocket spring strings; a glue spraying mechanism which sprays glue onto the sheet-like flexible materials and/or the pocket spring strings; and a pushing mechanism arranged in front of the spring string conveying mechanism and including at least one movable pushing and grasping component, where the pushing and grasping component pushes the sheet-like flexible materials and the pocket spring strings to be in contact with each other and bonded to form a pocket spring bed net. The embodiments improve the transportation cost and storage cost of pocket spring bed nets, and solve the problem that the pocket spring bed nets are difficult to compress and roll.

The inclined pocketed spring string (4) and the pocketed spring bed core (3) of the present invention, as compared with the pocketed spring bed core of the same size, can effectively decrease the number of springs used and reduce manufacturing costs.

And after the spring is compressed to a certain degree, the spring is disengaged from the spring conveying mechanism (20) and is conveyed by the spring compression conveying mechanism (30). By compression and conveying of a spring being integrated, the degree of automation is high.
